  • What is the size of the posters?

    Posters come in one size and each poster may be different. Poster size information can be found in the product description.

  • Do the posters come framed?

    Posters are sold unframed and at Loop Studio we do not sell frames separately.

  • What material is it printed on?

    The material on which the poster is printed may vary. Information about the printing material can be found in the product description.

  • I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped. Exchanges are not accepted. If the purchased item is the wrong size, you must re-purchase the correct size and we will refund you for the incorrect order. Please contact us within 30 minutes of your update to process your refund properly.

  • I only received one of the items in my order, where are the rest?

    Web orders can come from multiple warehouses. If you only receive part of your shipment, don't worry, you'll receive tracking of your other products as they are shipped.

  • I didn't receive a confirmation email, was my order placed?

    Order confirmations are received immediately after the order is completed. If you do not receive a confirmation and your card has been charged, please contact us. Please be sure to save the order number for your records.

  • I didn't receive a tracking number, when should I receive it?


    If you are a domestic customer, you should receive a shipping confirmation email within 7-10 business days of your purchase. If you are an international customer, you should receive a shipping confirmation email within 7-10 business days of your purchase. If you do not have it, it may have been sent to your spam folder.

  • Why doesn't my order appear on the tracking page?


    Please allow 3-5 business days for this information to appear.

  • I placed two orders today. Can you combine them into one and refund the balance?


    Unfortunately, we cannot combine shipping on multiple orders.

  • I sent an email to customer service, how long will it take for them to respond?


    Our representatives are available Monday through Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.
